Project Executive
About the role
As a Project Executive at The Boldt Company, you will lead the successful delivery of complex, high impact projects across the country while driving strategy from pursuit through execution. Acting as the face of Boldt, you will build strong partnerships with owners, design teams, and trade partners while shaping winning approaches, guiding preconstruction efforts, and ensuring every project is positioned for success.

Requirements
- A four-year engineering degree, preferably in construction management
- An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 15 years or more of experience in similar construction and related functions
- Proven ability to build client relationships, drive strategy, and influence stakeholders through strong presentation and leadership skills
- A valid driver’s license may be required
Qualifications
- Experience developing business in healthcare or other highly regulated markets
- Established network of architects, engineers, and industry partners in Northern California
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory environments such as HCAI
- Experience leading proposals, interviews, and using CRM tools for pipeline tracking
Skills
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or highly regulated markets
- Network of architects, engineers, and industry partners in Northern California
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory environments
- Experience in proposal development and CRM tools

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $208,000.00–$283,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
This role is full-time and based in San Francisco, CA.
