Position Summary
This position is responsible for setting up and managing a portfolio of projects carried out by the project delivery teams. The role is accountable for profitable delivery of projects within the portfolio, ensuring they achieve the client's goals and are delivered at the highest quality and with optimal financial results.
Position Details
- Collaborates with Account Executives and Solutions Executives during preconstruction to review project constructability and risk, develop construction pricing, and prepare labor/staffing as well as construction schedules.
- Financial portfolio management of project budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, and water systems.
- Manages direct reports, including performance, coaching, hiring, etc.
- Fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast for team alignment.

Pay
Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland, this ranges from $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
Contingent Employment
