Project Executive

Brief Description

A Project Executive shapes projects — overseeing teams, clients, outcomes, and company direction. We seek a strategic, relationship-driven leader who owns project outcomes and elevates standards.

Oversee Multiple Concurrent Commercial Projects

• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met
• Guide owners, architects, and teams from preconstruction to closeout
• Make calls on risk, resources, and people to protect the project
• Elevate MCL’s standards and processes across all teams
• Drive financial performance: cost control, resource allocation, and margin protection

Lead and Develop Your People

• Mentor and develop project managers, superintendents, and emerging leaders
• Build a winning team that generates repeat work and grows careers
• Foster alignment across Safety, Quality, Accounting, and field teams
• Drive the business forward: build long-term client relationships, lead pursuit strategies, and contribute to company strategy

• Lead pursuit strategies, proposals, and interviews
• Contribute to company strategy and market growth

The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a Project Manager role
• Proven track record in client development
• Strong experience leading pursuits, proposals, and client presentations
• Advanced leadership skills and exceptional communication
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
