About the role
We are looking for a Construction Project Executive for our Philadelphia office with experience in general commercial construction or large multifamily projects. Experience should be on projects valued from $5M - $50M in both new construction and renovations.
Responsibilities
- Well versed in Procore or similar construction software
- Experience with project budgets and overseeing multiple project teams
- Perform annual reviews and train and improve management staff
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups
- Report regularly on job progress to client and stakeholders
- Work alongside Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
