About the Role
The Project Executive is responsible for business development, contract negotiations, and the high-level execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and project management of a particular project. They maintain and act in accordance with the company’s core values and lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Management of all project team members (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinator) – project teams could range from 10-50 employees.
- Champion project safety and risk management for the company.
- Mentor and train project managers for fast-paced growth development and apply the company’s people practices.
- Understand, explain, and monitor financial budgets and labor productivity goals.
- 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project requirements and deliverables.
- Solid and capable understanding of building processes and systems.
- Cost control, billings, collections, change management, and monthly status reports.
- Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Key point of contact for the BIM and Fabrication business units.
- Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.
- Review monthly financial reports and PM cost reviews, analyze deviations from plan or schedule, work with project management staff to resolve issues, and keep the business unit operations manager and business unit manager informed on any major issues and plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relations with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Engineering or applicable field work experience in HVAC and Plumbing.
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable project management experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and the company’s competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Environmental Conditions: Quiet environment.

Pay
Pay Range: USD $116,860.00 - USD $156,050.00 / year.
