Job Description
The Project Execution Manager position will be based out of Zeeco’s Tulsa office. The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on installation of this equipment. Moderate travel will be required.
Job Duties
- Responsible for the oversight of Project Engineers for all aspects of assigned projects to ensure installation projects are completed on time and cost budget controls are followed.
- Ensure employees follow and perform the following job duties in accordance with Zeeco’s operating procedures.
- Main point of contact for in-house crew, customer, and subcontractor(s).
- Manage and track budget and schedule.
- Completion of customer documentation, as required.
- Negotiation, order placement, and management of sub-vendors.
- Coordination and communication with in-house service personnel.
- Coordination of all required technical and commercial correspondence.
- Travel to site, as needed, to support the field team.
- Notify Accounting Department when billings are to be sent.
- Develops relationships with business unit managers, improve existing key customer relationships, and repair any required customer relationships that require attention.
- Responsible for oversight, training & development of existing personnel.
- Responsible for recruiting additional personnel to foster and support business growth.
- Able to negotiate equipment procurement and optimize purchase cost and terms for financial success.
- Customer PowerPoint presentations reviewing and detailing Zeeco products.
- Develop network of contacts for local project knowledge.
- Transform order execution performance through talent development, integrated project team collaboration, process improvement, and sound decision making.
- Lead cross functional execution teams successfully to meet project commitments, develop integrity in the organization, and provide accountability for the results.
- Reviews commercial change proposals and advises project team to resolve price and schedule changes.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned that are appropriate based on skills and experience.
Qualifications
- Degree: B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical or related field) OR B.S. in Construction Management or related field.
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Working in the combustion industry or related industries. Working for or with Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies. Working directly on construction/installation projects.
