About the role
We invite you to join our global team of industry leaders as a Project Engineer. You'll work on a wide variety of water and wastewater projects, supporting clients and communities with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead projects related to water, wastewater, and/or water resource management.
- Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and engineering plans and specifications with precision and creativity.
- Analyze data and present findings in professional reports, memos, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Lead portions of design work and ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables that meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Aid in permitting applications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple offices and disciplines to keep projects on track and aligned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
- Previous experience executing technical studies, analyses, and/or designing and creating plans and specifications for water-focused projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
- Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for the results.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a task.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with water and wastewater treatment processes.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $134,000 depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
Schedule
This is a Full-time position.
