About the role
The Project Engineer - Structural is responsible for designing and overseeing structural projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Designs and reviews structural drawings and calculations
- Collaborates with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Ensures adherence to local building codes and safety regulations
- Manages project timelines and budgets
- Performs site inspections and provides technical guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional engineering experience
- Knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with structural design software
- Understanding of construction methods and materials
