Project Engineer Staff

For our client, we are seeking a Project Engineer Staff to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will drive the planning, coordination, and integration of engineering projects that support sustainment transformation across complex programs. The position partners closely with technical subject matter experts, cross-functional teams, and program stakeholders to advance capability deployment, align processes, and help deliver measurable business benefits. The work will also include facilitating design workshops, supporting change management efforts, and ensuring teams have the data and analysis needed to execute against quarterly targets. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $131,100 – $243,500 annually Responsibilities Coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects Deploy sustainment transformation capabilities to programs and support quarterly target achievement Update capability starter kit data and cost-benefit analyses with subject matter experts Lead design workshops to align current processes with transformed capabilities Support change management and adoption of the next-generation sustainment environment Assist programs in preparing business-benefits submissions for deployed capabilities Qualifications Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Experience leading or participating in technical IPT or cross-functional teams Knowledge of sustainment repair processes and related enterprise maintenance systems Strong communication and project planning skills Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Flexible work arrangements and schedules, including 4x10 options 401(k) match Paid time off and holidays Parental leave Education assistance Life insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
