General Responsibilities
- Aid the Project Manager in maintaining cost-to-complete reports monthly.
- Communicate effectively with the entire project team, both internal and external.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
- Earn and maintain the trust of customers.
- Work collaboratively with others to achieve the organization's mission.
- Collaborate with the project team to establish the job scope.
- Collaborate with the project team to prepare an information sheet and site map.
Specific Responsibilities
- Continuously train field engineers on their roles.
- Engage in the development and implementation of new Encore standards and processes.
- Hold others accountable to these new standards.
- Participate in Project Engineer meetings.
- Assist the Project Manager with change estimates.
- Help the project team assign labor cost codes for the project.
- Work with the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to draft commodity purchase orders based on the installation estimate.
- Ensure all parties involved apply their time correctly for phase coding.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Maintain proper construction documents.
- Engage in required meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate permits for the job location.
- Understand the permitting process and wiring methods in different jurisdictions.
- Be responsible for project closeout documentation.
- Involvement with the service department to introduce them to the owner and maintain the relationship.
- Assist in closing out the job with vendors.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of the construction process from scheduling to manpower, labor, materials, and equipment required for installation.
- Knowledge of constructability and the construction process.
- Skills in algebra, geometry, statistics, and financial math.
