Position Overview
The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support fast-paced, self-perform projects in the Milwaukee area across multiple market sectors (healthcare, data centers and industrial).
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience supporting self-perform construction
- Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
- Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
- Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management
Nice to Have
- Self-perform concrete or formwork exposure
- Bluebeam or similar document control tools experience
- Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning
- Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
