Project Engineer - Owner's Representative

About Our Client

Our client is an owner's representative in St. Louis area. They work on small commercial, municipal, and office space projects up to $10M in value. This is an excellent opportunity to step out of the General Contracting world and switch the owner's side.

Job Description

• Aid in planning and executing construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
• Maintain project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Related Field
• 3-5 years of construction experience
• Must come from a construction background (GC or Owner's Rep)
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, PlanGrid, Phoenix Scheduling, and other project management platforms is a plus.
