Owners Representative / Project Manager

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Owner’s Representative (OR)/Project Manager (PM) to join our PG&E Infrastructure division. Act as an owner’s representative and work directly within the program as part of the client’s organization. This role requires travel to multiple PGE sites 3 days a week located in the Sacramento Area.

This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team. For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world. We work in collaborative teams to plan, design, build, and modernize infrastructure, improving communities and people’s quality of life by promoting economic growth, enhancing mobility, and increasing sustainability and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendor partners.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality performance.
• Administer construction and professional services contracts, including change management and claims resolution.
• Review and approve design deliverables, cost estimates, schedules, and construction changes.
• Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and construction quality.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead project turnover, occupancy readiness, commissioning, and closeout activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
• 10+ years of related work experience, including experience working for a Design-Build General Contractor delivering commercial vertical construction and site development projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects from design through occupancy.
• Strong experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and project controls.

Pay

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
