Project Engineer - Multi-Family Construction

About the role

Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement best practices for project engineering
• Collaborate with the project team to review and analyze drawings
• Organize and supervise the preparation of project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers
• Ensure the preparation of final proposals and budgets
• Represent the company in client and subcontractor site visits
• Oversee the management of preconstruction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Engineer or Engineering experience
• Multi-Family Construction experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Computer knowledge, preferably with Microsoft
