Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive plans
• Manage teams of skilled professionals to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to improve project outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in construction management are preferred
• Experience with virtual design and construction is a plus
• Knowledge of cutting-edge technology and its applications in construction is beneficial

Pay

• Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
