About the role
Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful completion of projects through documentation, planning, and collaboration with the Project Managers and Superintendents.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in ensuring all necessary resources are available for daily operations
- Document and record project details accurately
- Plan and coordinate tasks for the upcoming days and weeks to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Superintendents to align on project goals and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field
- 2+ years of related experience in construction, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience in waste water, concrete, or heavy civil projects
- Industrial and mechanical background preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Extensive travel required (80%)

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $68,000 - $88,000 USD. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual qualifications, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
