THE WORK
Lockheed Martin is seeking a skilled level 3 Project Engineer with an active Secret clearance to work from our Boulder, CO, location.
- Provide support to Product Owners and Engineering Managers, working under very general supervision in support of larger team goals
Support schedules/timelines for product team execution
Help coordinate inter-team dependencies and drive transparency across product teams, anticipating obstacles to performance
Support and participate in working groups and technical exchange meetings
Support staff meetings, documentation, data collection or inputs for presentations, produce/update presentations, track/provide/maintain metrics, work special assignments or ad hoc tasks, and other duties as assigned
Apply critical thinking and initiative to help address tasks and requirements for the entire program in support of program goals
Relentlessly seek automation opportunities in support of process improvement and embedded quality
Be organized and flexible with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and capacity to manage multiple tasks while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
