Project Engineer Lead (IC4)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Prior experience leading teams
• Familiarity with operation activities within aerospace or a related industry
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical, operational leads and multiple SSP customers to manage cost, schedule, and technical scopes
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Job Description

As a Project Engineer Lead responsible for Program Office Coordination, you will:

• Ensure the team conducts end-to-end integration of operational related activities for special vehicles, disposal, storage, facilities, asset management, and Transportation for FBM.
• Duties include ensuring the team supports Program Reviews, Quarterly Reviews, Planning Meetings, Technical Director Reviews, Working Groups Lead/coordinate integration activities at the program level, to include leading Integrated Product Teams.
• Ensure program readiness heading into major milestones, facilitate communication/collaboration across related projects and SSP customers to reduce programmatic risk and ensure operational readiness.

• Experience leading / integrating solutions for geographically disperse teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
