About the role
The Project Engineer is responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of a project, from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage the technical tasks to ensure quality, accuracy, and the proper resources.
- Establish project criteria, coordinate review, and ensure the project elements are implemented correctly.
- Communicate with TPi customers and project managers with technical expertise regarding our products.
- Perform other related responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Engineering Manager.
- Conduct occasional travel and technical presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in mechanical engineering or technology.
- 3–5 years of experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with others.
- Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated by success.
- Familiar with ISO 9000 or AS9100.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GDT) and SolidWorks/Inventor.
- Ability to break projects down into smaller tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or technology.
- Familiarity with aluminum castings concepts, practices, and procedures.
