About the role
Coordinates and assists the Project Engineer & Project Manager with planning, organization, and completion of project within an area of assigned responsibility. Some duties may include:
- Reviewing project plans and conferring with management.
- Reviewing bids from contractors.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Data entry
- Assisting the PM or PE with daily tasks/duties.
Responsibilities
Covering a range of responsibilities including:
- Assisting with project planning and execution.
- Supporting the management of project budgets and timelines.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to meet project goals.
Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant internship experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should:
- Be enrolled in a relevant engineering program.
- Have completed at least one semester of coursework.
- Be able to commit to a full-time internship during the academic year.
