About the role

Coordinates and assists the Project Engineer & Project Manager with planning, organization, and completion of project within an area of assigned responsibility. Some duties may include:

  • Reviewing project plans and conferring with management.
  • Reviewing bids from contractors.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Data entry
  • Assisting the PM or PE with daily tasks/duties.

Responsibilities

Covering a range of responsibilities including:

  • Assisting with project planning and execution.
  • Supporting the management of project budgets and timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to meet project goals.

Requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant internship experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should:

  • Be enrolled in a relevant engineering program.
  • Have completed at least one semester of coursework.
  • Be able to commit to a full-time internship during the academic year.
