Project Engineer II

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 5+ years of design experience focusing on water and wastewater projects
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or intent to obtain within 12 months
• Proficiency in CAD, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, project management, and multitasking skills
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Willingness to travel across multiple counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania, including occasional overnight stays
• Ability to perform fieldwork, including site visits and physical inspections
• Access to reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident

• Experience with permit acquisition and regulatory compliance
• Budget management experience for large-scale projects
• Familiarity with safety inspections and field site evaluations
• Ability to develop hydraulic models and system documentation
