Project Engineer I
About the role
Driven and motivated Project Engineers are needed to provide on-site engineering functions, ensuring completion of engineering reviews and approvals. Depending on project needs, selected individuals may be assigned to water treatment or buildings projects along the east coast, from Maine to Florida.
Project Engineers will have the opportunity to apply to the Leadership Development Program, a 40-year-old initiative designed to build future managers from within the company. This program is tailored for energetic, highly motivated individuals eager to face the demanding expectations of the construction profession.
Through a series of rotations, Engineers in the Leadership Development Track gain exposure to field engineering, office engineering, scheduling, estimating, and project engineering. These rotations broaden understanding of each facet of the business and provide a foundation for professional growth at PC Construction.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous construction experience
- Desire to build a career within the construction industry
- Ability and willingness to travel
