Project Engineer I
About the role
Driven and motivated Project Engineers are needed to provide on-site engineering functions, ensuring completion of engineering reviews and approvals. Depending upon project needs, selected individuals may be assigned to water treatment projects or buildings projects, spanning locations from Maine to Florida along the east coast.
Project Engineers will have the opportunity to apply to the Leadership Development Program. Created over 40 years ago, this program serves as a blueprint for building future managers from within the company. It is designed for energetic, highly motivated individuals who strive for excellence and are eager to face the demanding expectations of the construction profession.
Through a series of rotations, Engineers in the Leadership Development Track gain valuable knowledge and skill-sets from many facets of the construction industry, with exposure in areas such as field engineering, office engineering, scheduling, estimating, and project engineering. These rotations broaden overall understanding of each facet of the business and provide the foundation for professional development and growth at PC.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous construction experience
- Desire to build a career within the construction industry
- Ability and willingness to travel
