Duties And Responsibilities

  • Aid in the creation, preparation, and finalization of the project schedule.
  • Acquire and submit all project submittal information and oversee the approval process.
  • Support the management of subcontract requirements, contract documents, and change orders.
  • Coordinate communications and correspondences with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures during the construction process, in line with contract documents and ISEC policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the completion of job closeouts in an efficient manner, keeping the Project Manager updated.
  • Resolve conflicts with clients and customers.
  • Record all relevant information in the Project Control/Document Control System with deadlines for tasks.
  • Review job costs with the Project Manager.
  • Manage shop drawings throughout the project, including general contractor reviews and final installations to the field.
  • Follow up with internal and external customers regarding shop drawing changes and schedule adjustments or delays.
  • Release materials in a timely manner and coordinate deliveries.
  • Visit job sites as needed; understand the site environment and monitor job site progress.
  • Keep a shortage and breakage log and reorder materials as necessary.
  • Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, guarantees, and submit them according to specification requirements on each project.
  • Aid in the preparation of monthly billings, cost projections, and weekly logs.

Education/Experience

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 0-3 years of experience.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Basic knowledge of ISEC products, services, processes, and projects; understanding of project plans and specifications; ability to work independently at times; proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent prioritization and organizational skills; strong sense of accountability; positive attitude.

Safety Responsibilities

  • Implement and promote ISEC Safety requirements: foster a culture of safety excellence and adhere to the Safety Promise.
  • Coach employees needing improvement and assign tasks to qualified personnel.
  • Promptly correct recognized safety deficiencies.
  • Report all injuries and incidents to managers and the Safety Department.
  • Plan and execute deliveries to the job site safely and efficiently.
