Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in developing, preparing, and finalizing project schedules.
- Procure and submit all project submittal information and manage the approval process.
- Assist with subcontract requirements, contract documents, and change orders administration.
- Coordinate communications and correspondences with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures during the construction process.
- Support job closeout in an efficient manner and keep the Project Manager updated.
- Resolve conflicts with clients and customers.
- Record all relevant information in Project Control/Document Control System with deadlines for tasks.
- Review job costs with the Project Manager.
- Manage shop drawings throughout the project, including general contractor reviews and final installations.
- Follow up on shop drawing changes and schedule changes or delays.
- Release materials in a timely manner and coordinate deliveries.
- Visit jobsites as needed; understand the jobsite environment and review progress.
- Maintain a Shortage and Breakage Log and reorder materials as necessary.
- Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, guarantees, and submit them according to specifications.
- Aid in preparing monthly billings, cost projections, and weekly logs.
Education/Experience
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Has 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of ISEC products, services, processes, and projects.
- Understanding of project plans and specifications.
- Ability to work independently at times.
- Willingness to seek guidance for complex issues and obtain supervisor approval for changes.
- Engagement in company culture and open to feedback and change.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Customer service skills, including outstanding service delivery, problem resolution, and follow-up.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
