Project Engineer - Healthcare Construction Project
About the role
The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support a new outpatient clinic in the Lawton, OK market. This is an impactful healthcare project designed to expand community access to primary and specialty care through innovative, efficient construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent by managing field coordination
- Keep the project on schedule, organized, and moving efficiently
- Play a key role in achieving the clear path toward Project Management
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer from a general contractor
- Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
- Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
- Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management
Qualifications
- Bluebeam or similar document control tools experience (nice to have)
- Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning (nice to have)
- Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes (nice to have)

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $82,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
