Our mission is to build relationships and structures that last a lifetime!What You’ll DoKeep Submittals and Documents MovingReview submittals, samples and shop drawings for accuracy, and keep the submittal process aligned with the scheduleMaintain project logs and document control, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, deliveries, permits, inspections and photosKeep drawing markups and the project directory up to date in ProcoreDistribute updated drawings, specifications, approved submittals and RFI responses to everyone affectedSupport the Project TeamPrepare agendas, minutes and supporting documents for OAC, subcontractor coordination, safety and staff meetingsPrepare and distribute weekly reports to clients and the project teamHelp coordinate subcontractors and vendors, including the owner’s direct vendorsReview subcontractor contracts to understand each trade partner’s scope of workProtect Quality and ComplianceVerify that materials delivered to the site match the plans, specifications and approved submittalsCoordinate permit and inspection documentation, and keep permits in good standingHelp compile closeout and warranty documentsGrow Your Field ExperienceSupport QA/QC by reviewing contract documents and field work, including MEP tradesTake field measurements and help resolve coordination items with architects and engineers through RFIsRun small meetings with trade partners, and report any safety concerns you seeWhat You BringA Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 3 years of related experienceThe ability to read and understand construction drawings and specificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Procore, Bluebeam Revu or MS Project is a plusStrong organization and communication skills, and a willingness to ask questions and learn quicklyComfort working both in the office and on active jobsites.
