We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. We need to parse the description. Physical and Mental Demands The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Physical demands: While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is primarily required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and bend. Mental demands: While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is required to read, write, analyze data and reports, exercise judgment, develop plans, procedures and goals, present information to others and work under pressure.Work Environment: This job primarily operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is also exposed to high level of manufacturing and equipment noise. Duties are performed indoors in a manufacturing environment with temperature changes. Exposure to hazardous materials, fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts with vibration. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship. We need to extract sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (Key Results Areas), Requirements (Education and Training, Experience, Other?), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (competencies), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Also maybe "Physical and Mental Demands" could be part of Requirements? But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Position Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key Results Areas (the bullet-like paragraphs). Could be considered responsibilities. - Requirements: Education and Training, Experience, Other (U.S. Citizen, security clearance, overtime, travel). Also maybe Preferred Experience? That could be part of Qualifications? Actually "Requirements Qualifications:" heading appears. Then "Education and Training", "Experience", "Other". Then "Preferred Experience". Then "Skills". So we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. The spec says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications headings if they have real specific content. So we need to split: Requirements: Education and Training, Experience, Other (citizenship, clearance, overtime, travel). Qualifications: Preferred Experience list (maybe also includes skills? but Skills separate). Actually after Preferred Experience there is "Skills To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:" That is Skills section. Thus: - Requirements: Education and Training (Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering), Experience (3+ years of experience), Other (Strong technical writing skills, Strong mathematical skills, 3D CAD modeling, Capable of working individually or on a team, Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain government security clearance, Must be willing to work overtime as required, International travel may be required, Domestic travel may be required). Note: The "Other" list includes skills but they are under Requirements. We'll keep them. - Qualifications: Preferred Experience list (Military Standard (MIL-STD) specifications, NAVSEA Technical Publications, Performing engineering calculations, Drawing creation, Technical writing, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Specification, procedure, and/or work instruction writing, MATLAB and/or Mathcad, ANSYS (Structural and/or Fluent), ASME BPVC specifications, ASTM specifications, Heat transfer industry work experience, Shipbuilding industry work experience, Machining, Welding, Destructive testing (Tensile/Shear/Charpy/etc.), Non-destructive testing (PT/UT/MT/RT), Experience quoting new and/or repeat work, Customer interfacing, Vendor interfacing, Project management). - Skills: list of competencies (proficiency in MS Office, strong written/verbal communication, ability to plan and implement objectives, ability to analyze problems, maintain confidentiality, follows instructions, proficient in engineering application software such as Autodesk Inventor; ability to learn analytical software such as ANSYS, ability to apply mathematical operations to geometric tolerances and drawing interpretation, ability to respond to common inquiries, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, strong reasoning ability, ability to plan self-direct, proficient in math for first-level engineering calculations, sound engineering judgment, customer relationship skills, high degree of accountability, ability to write detailed reports, ability to thrive in a team environment). We also have Physical and Mental Demands and Work Environment; these could be part of Requirements? But not under allowed headings. Could we include them under Requirements as extra bullet? The spec says we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. So we need to include that info somewhere. Since we cannot create new headings beyond the allowed list, we could embed them under Requirements or Qualifications or Skills as appropriate. Probably under Requirements as "Physical and Mental Demands" and "Work Environment". But we need to ensure we don't create a heading for them; we can just include as paragraphs under Requirements. Similarly Work Authorization/Security Clearance is already covered under Other (Must be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship). Actually that appears at end: "Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship." That's similar to citizenship requirement. We'll include. Thus under Requirements we will have paragraphs: Education and Training, Experience, Other (including technical writing skills, math skills, 3D CAD, team work, citizenship, clearance, overtime, travel, work authorization). Then also Physical and Mental Demands paragraph, Work Environment paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for lists we need to wrap in
    • . For prose we use

      . Thus:
