Project Engineer- Data Center Construction
About the role
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for profitably managing key areas of electrical or technology construction projects, including manpower, material, and money. Under the guidance of the Regional VP of Construction or President, you will ensure the successful execution of data center projects. This is a Permanent position based out of Port Washington, WI. The position is anticipated to close on Oct 23, 2026. This is a fully onsite position in Port Washington, WI.

Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and quality control of projects.
- Direct team members to establish budgets or cost estimates.
- Delegate tasks to the Project Coordinator.
- Manage labor volume for field resources and identify necessary resource types.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, providing timely information to team members and stakeholders.
- Draft and manage contract change proposals and address changes in project scope.
- Communicate with field workers, owners, general contractors, or design professionals to resolve issues.
