Responsibilities
- Drive complex commercial construction projects to completion
- Collaborate with a wide spectrum of industry professionals including clients, architects, construction managers, brokers, property managers, and subcontractors
- Use tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft platforms to stay updated on construction management
- Manage project estimating and scheduling
- Prepare and qualify bids, set up and attend job walks, coordinate building access, prepare meeting minutes and weekly status reports, track and review RFI's, submittals, shop drawings, samples, and procurement
- Avoid conflicts and resolve issues
- Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with the daily management of a variety of construction projects
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college with major coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, project scheduling, BlueBeam, Procore, PlanGrid, and CAD
- Ability to effectively present information in oral, written, and graphic forms
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to read architectural/engineering plans and specifications
- Basic knowledge of project estimating & scheduling
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt behavior to meet the needs of the project to ensure project success
Qualifications

- 1-2 years of construction experience

Pay
$80,000 - $110,000 a year. The actual salary will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
