As an Electrical Project Engineer, you'll support the successful planning, execution, and completion of commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Houston area. You'll partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and customers to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently. Responsibilities include:- Supporting project teams from preconstruction through project closeout
- Coinciding project documentation, communications, and approvals
- Aiding with project schedules, reporting, and tracking milestones
- Participating in project meetings and documenting action items
- Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coinciding with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Tracking submittals, RFIs, permits, and project documentation
- Aiding with procurement and material coordination efforts
- Monitoring project progress and helping identify potential risks or issues
- Aiding with project closeout documentation and turnover requirements
