Project Engineer, Cell Engineering

Job Summary

Support development and scale-up of battery manufacturing equipment. Manage project timelines, identify risks, and facilitate design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop work packages and project schedules, defining resources and communicating with stakeholders.
• Manage detailed project timelines using project management tools.
• Identify major risks and dependencies, and track progress to eliminate blockers.
• Communicate with various engineering teams and contractors.
• Define and support engineering discipline scopes for internal and external teams.
• Facilitate design reviews and manage cross-functional action items.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams in engineering or design-build firms.
• Proven track record in managing large manufacturing projects.
• Full understanding of engineering disciplines and resource management.
• Experience with manufacturing processes or equipment design.
• Excellent communication skills for complex topics.
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD, Solidworks, and Revit or Bluebeam.
