Key Responsibilities
- Affirm customer and internal project requirements
- Create drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation
- Support testing and basic validation processes
- Coordinate engineering tasks with Project Managers, Engineering, and Production
- Track engineering deliverables and maintain action logs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements
- Adhere to the organization’s Code of Conduct, time and attendance standards, and all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)
- Experience: 1–2 years of engineering experience
- Basic understanding of CAD systems
- 0–2 years of FEA experience
- Preferred Certifications: Engineer in Training (EIT/FE) or SolidWorks Associate
