About the role
The Project Engineer is responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of a project, from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage the technical tasks to ensure quality, accuracy, and the proper resources.
- Establish project criteria, coordinate review, and ensure the project elements are implemented correctly.
- Communicate with TPi customers and project managers with technical expertise regarding our products.
- Perform other related responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Engineering Manager.
- Occasional travel required with the ability to conduct technical presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degree in mechanical engineering or technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to work with others.
- Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Motivated by success.
- Familiar with ISO9000 or AS9100.
- Knowledge of GD&T and SolidWorks/Inventor.
- Break projects down into smaller tasks to meet deadlines.
- Time management skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Access.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or technology.
- 2–5 years experience, but not required.
- Familiarity with aluminum castings concepts, practices and procedures.
