In this role, you will provide full lifecycle project engineering leadership for software and hardware development, integration, and testing programs. You will oversee technical execution, cost, schedule, and risk management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex engineering projects that meet customer requirements and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project engineering activities throughout the full project lifecycle.Manage project cost, schedule, technical performance, and execution.Coordinate engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Monitor project progress, budgets, milestones, and customer deliverables.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing opportunities.Estimate project resource and material requirements.Coordinate with resource managers and obtain required project approvals.Develop and manage project schedules using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.Support value stream mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate closely with customers, program managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Support projects requiring government security clearance eligibility.Qualifications & RequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, orGraduate degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, orMinimum 13 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.Experience serving as an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and/or Control Account Manager (CAM).Experience supporting satellite payload and space vehicle development.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading complex engineering programs and project execution.Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations.Experience with software development and system integration programs.Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $70 million.Knowledge of the U.S. Government acquisition lifecycle.Experience implementing Design-to-Cost methodologies.Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and DCMA program requirements.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plans.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Employee wellness and work-life balance programs.Equal Opportunity EmployerEqual Opportunity Employer: L3Harris Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
