Responsibilities
- Project scheduling and cost control
- Handling request for information (RFI)
- Daily coordination with Project Superintendents
- Issuance of subcontractor contracts and purchase orders
- Project billing and project closeout
- Estimating and pre-construction activities
- Submittal review, coordination, and processing
- Active participation in all project-related meetings, including preparation of agendas and publication of minutes
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintaining subcontractor relationships
- Recognizing and adjusting to change
- Setting and achieving specific standards for self and others, with an emphasis on schedule and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering Technology preferred)
- 0-5 years of experience in the Construction Industry
- Understanding of basic construction methods and materials
Additional Information
Work may include up to 40% travel, at times, based on project needs.
