Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Aid Project Managers in coordinating construction activities
• Review shop drawings and resolve conflicts
• Create RFI’s, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and the field and create purchase orders
• Aid with budgets and estimate packages
• Communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Conduct weekly Job Site Visits to the Boston Area

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong decision-making ability and leadership skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proven working experience as a project engineer is a plus
• Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as OST/Quickbid or PlanGrid is a plus
