Responsibilities

  • Contract setup and submittals
  • Assisting with the bid package process
  • Change orders
  • Assisting with project scheduling
  • Creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
  • Reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications
  • Outlining specifications required for submission to clients and ensuring submittals and shop drawings are approved
  • Project close-out activities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
  • 1–3 years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings
  • 1–3 years of experience with project close-out
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar, or 8 years of equivalent experience

Pay

Salary range: USD $68,425.00 – $98,000.00 per year
