Responsibilities
- Contract setup and submittals
- Assisting with the bid package process
- Change orders
- Assisting with project scheduling
- Creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
- Reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications
- Outlining specifications required for submission to clients and ensuring submittals and shop drawings are approved
- Project close-out activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
- 1–3 years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings
- 1–3 years of experience with project close-out
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar, or 8 years of equivalent experience

Pay
Salary range: USD $68,425.00 – $98,000.00 per year
