Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and reports
• Handle RFIs, submittals, invoices, and contract documentation
• Support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout
• Assist with safety, quality, and risk management
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management and 2+ years of experience in civil construction, or 3+ years of hands-on field experience
• Solid understanding of field operations, construction practices, and project workflows
• Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software (a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead through influence, drive change, and deliver results across teams
