Key Responsibilities
- Champion a safety-first culture by actively participating in the implementation and enforcement of the Company's safety program
- Interpret construction drawings and project documents
- Create field sketches and construction details
- Inspect job sites for quality and progress
- Provide technical support to field crews
- Supervise, train and mentor Field Engineers
- Cook up material deliveries and subcontractors
- Track materials, report progress, and help manage project budgets
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Attend project meetings and provide updates
- Perform quality control and assurance checks
