Overview
Join a rapidly growing industry leader in the energy sector as a Project Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing large and complex EPC projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to contractual commitments, and high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Engineering degree required (mechanical preferred, but flexible).
- Power or utilities background is a plus!
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong anticipation, prioritization, and time management abilities
- Budgeting and financial interpretation skills
- Multi-cultural awareness and experience
- Self-motivated, analytical, results-oriented, quick learner, and problem solver
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
- Knowledge of contractual legal terms and technical specifications
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in engineering and construction projects within the Power, Energy, or similar markets
- International project experience
- Familiarity with project monitoring and reporting tools
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~30%)
- Ability to create reports and deliver presentations to senior management
- Capability to verify compliance with policies, procedures, and project standards
