Responsibilities
- Assisting with full project lifecycle execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Supporting buyout and subcontract administration
- Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Tracking budgets, costs, and financial controls
- Generating schedules and supporting contract documentation
- Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Attending and documenting meetings, ensuring effective communication throughout the project
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with a General Contractor (required)
- Background in multifamily or commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to thrive in lean, fast-paced environments
- Strong ownership mindset and minimal need for oversight
- Solid understanding of RFIs, submittals, cost controls, and schedule management
- Consistent stability and growth in previous roles
Pay
$70,000 - $94,000 base salary + bonus potential
