Responsibilities
- Prepare and track product submittals
- Aid Project Manager in the preparation of change orders
- Prepare Request for Information (RFI) documents and track responses
- Aid Project Manager with schedule reviews and analyses
- Maintain office and field drawing sets with updates as needed
- Perform other document control and administrative tasks
Requirements
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to travel to Oregon as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to learn and listen
