Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Superintendents to support project safety, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.
- Cookordinate and distribute safety, quality, and project management documentation.
- Cookordinate project meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and status updates.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.
- Represent and advocate for LSF during Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.
- Foster positive working relationships and maintain alignment among project stakeholders.
- Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, progress updates, and look-ahead schedule distribution.
- Support field operations by expediting project documentation workflows and maintaining schedule requirements.
- Assist Project Managers with budget tracking, cost monitoring, reporting activities, and project cost workflows.
- Support the coordination and documentation of Potential Change Orders (PCOs), RFIs, RFQs, submittals, and subcontractor pricing requests.
- Maintain accurate project logs, status reports, drawings, specifications, contracts, and electronic and hard-copy project files.
- Process and distribute project documentation through Procore workflows.
- Support progress reporting and project documentation controls throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cookordinate closeout documentation, punch list activities, warranty processes, and final subcontractor documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work history in the commercial construction industry, OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Construction Management, Engineering, or a business-related field, with relevant internship experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High standards of excellence, integrity, and work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with P6, Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or BIM modeling preferred
- Ability to interpret construction blueprints
