We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About us, Job Summary, Key Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Reporting Structure, Physical Demands, Please Note (maybe include as a paragraph). We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "Please Note:"? It's not boilerplate but maybe it's part of posting; it's about work authorization and visa sponsorship. That's substantive. Keep it. We must not create sections for Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless present. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include About us paragraph, Job Summary paragraph, Key Responsibilities list, Required Qualifications list, Preferred Qualifications list, Reporting Structure paragraph, Physical Demands paragraph, Please Note paragraph (maybe combine with other notes). Also maybe include location (Houston, Dallas, or Phoenix- Hybrid) as part of About us? It's at top: "Project EngineerHouston, Dallas, or Phoenix- Hybrid". That's location/hybrid info. Should we include as a paragraph? It's substantive. Not a heading. Could be a

after the title? Since we don't repeat title, we can start with a paragraph containing location/hybrid info. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same sentences.
