Project Engineer

Responsibilities
- Support all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Partner with the Project Manager and the Superintendent to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
- Monitor, support, and assist with project schedules, cost control, RFIs and submittals, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer overseeing self-performed heavy civil construction.
- Strong communication and planning skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Willingness to temporarily travel to southern New Mexico.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay
$90,000 – $115,000 per year
Schedule
This is a permanent position requiring travel 2‑3 days per week until the project finishes in April 2027; the remaining 2‑3 days per week are based in El Paso. After completion, you may transition to regional offices (AZ, TX, or UT) or remain in El Paso on local projects.
