Responsibilities
- Support commercial construction projects.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Handle project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners.
- Apply knowledge of construction means and methods, and project scheduling principles.
- Use project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Maintain a commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Understanding of project scheduling principles.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Pay
$70,000 - $95,000 per year
