Responsibilities

• Support commercial construction projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Handle project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners.
• Apply knowledge of construction means and methods, and project scheduling principles.
• Use project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Maintain a commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Understanding of project scheduling principles.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Pay

$70,000 - $95,000 per year
