Role & Responsibilities

• RFI Tracking: Expertise in tracking and managing Request for Information (RFI) processes.
• Contract Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Forecast & Cost Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed forecasts and cost schedules for project timelines.
• Change Order Review: Prepare and review change orders, ensuring clarity and adherence to project requirements.
• Payment Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of payment processes, facilitating accurate and timely payments.

Skills, Education, and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.
• Proven knowledge and expertise in RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, change order review, and payment review.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
