Project Engineer

Holland Construction Services is dedicated to building strong relationships and upholding high standards of integrity. The Project Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring project success through safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of safety practices and assist with safety and accident prevention.
• Assist preconstruction, project manager, and superintendent in planning, tracking, and organizing tasks.
• Maintain documents for the project including drawings, master schedule, as-builts, submittals, RFI's, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Track material availability and delivery dates.
• Aid in change order preparation.
• Manage punch lists and close-out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred construction experience, including internships.
• Proficiency with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong multitasking and quality work abilities.
• Effective working relationships with team and clients.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of urgency.
