Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on‑site trades, including material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
• Interact continuously with field supervision to address cost and design issues such as change orders, RFIs, and document updates.
• Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications.
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
• Oversee overall trade management and coordination, with exposure to BIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction or engineering‑related field, or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding communication and time‑management skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to relocate as needed (preferred).
